 Well, in the U.S., not all of them are going to know who the radicals are -they are the nice guy everybody knows, just like serial killers.  I highly doubt that terrorists are advertising themselves to everyone.  And for many in the middle east - it is fear, plain and simple.

 I don't automatically trust anyone. Especially those who, at the very least want to take away my basic rights because I'm a woman. And at the very worst kill me and my fellow Americans. 

And yet the left chastised Romney's Presidential campaign because he is Mormon, as if that would be the death to Americans.
