My old (2005) computer died just before Thanksgiving. DH gave me his gift early - on Black Friday! A new Dell all-in-one from Best Buy, which included Geek Squad services.
Today, the 22nd of December, is the first time I've been able to get back on TG!
A special - VERY SPECIAL - thank-you to Chef, who went way beyond all expectations in trying to get me back on TG.
I'm still trying to "locate" my frequently used documents that I had up on my screen saver - Geek Squad just doesn't seem worth the money. Now I've got a month's worth of posts to read through, and see what my peeps have been up to. :)
Windows 10 is very different from Windows Vista - is there a book out there called Windows 10 for Dummies? I feel dumber than a rock right now.
I know what you mean, momala. I went from Vista to 10. I found that I click on desktop then use my browser from there. I'm not sure what all those apps are for. I use apps on my phone, but not on my computer. I might be missing out on something I suppose.
