I have the apartment to myself and it feels gooooooooooood!!! I sent DH and DS off on errands. DH didn't have a choice in taking DS. I wanted to catch up on one of my shows so I told him he needs some Daddy-Son time. Besides, he can use the company while doing errands.

DS very much enjoyed all of his new toys he got for Christmas and his birthday. I can't believe he's 2. Time flies way too fast.

Awe! I'm glad he had fun. Happy  birthday  to the little  man.

Are you giving him driving lessons yet? wink

I'm glad you're enjoying him. smile

I send my boys off with daddy, too, to run errands. THey love it, and I love it.

Tomorrow we're going to buy a Syrian hamster. DH asked if it was going to be a refugee.disbelief

Sounds like something DH would say ...

DH is 'over' the errands with DS thing. He just texted to say DS is hungry and was a pain to get back into his car seat. I can't find any sympathy for him considering I've dealt with that situation many times. Except I just shut the back door and sit in the front seat till DS cools off and gets into his car seat. I refuse to beg and plead with a toddler.

 Thanks!

His birthday was yesterday. He had fun at his party and blew out the candle on his cake all by himself. He was very proud of himself too! I'm kicking myself for not getting that moment on video but oh well.

He likes to sit in my truck and pretend to drive. Scary thing is, he knows which key goes into the ignition. But no. He's not allowed to drive yet. He has yet to master turns on his ride-on car. There's enough boneheaded drivers around here without adding a toddler to the mix.

And snow has begun... must go to bed so I can get rest before clearing it all. Fingers crossed the snow blower starts!

There are many moments in life when you can either watch and participate and own it, or make a video.

I think it's better to watch and own it.

You will never forget that picture and his happiness (and yours).

I'll be getting a post-Christmas gift. My computer mouse has been acting wonky for awhile. I have to use a mini mouse (full size mice hurt my hand and wrist) and Walmart was of no help so I just got by with the current one. It died tonight. Amazon to the rescue! New mouse is blue and spiffy-looking. Yay favorite color!

Wasn't it snowing somewhere in Texas this past weekend?
