It's Tuesday all day long!

I'm up too early again, but I work night so I may sneak in a nap.

I think it's 20 degrees here.

And we've had our first murder of the year. So it goes...

I am so bundled I can barely move. Three sweatshirts, a vest, two long sleeved shirts, a t shirt, and a heavy winter coat, long johns and flannel lined work oants, wool socks with thick winter socks over them, two hoods, amd a wool hat, a scarf.
Weebles wobble, but they don't fall down!

I'm not ready for spring. I'd like a nice gentle snowfall...no ice or sleet.

It's a chilly 33 degrees here. Heading for a high around 50.

Bundle up, Good Geeks!wink

I think I'm going to have to do some laundry today.

And figure out what I want to make for dinner.

Other than that, not a whole lot on the agenda.

Have a great day, everyone.smile

Taking Spouse to a new dentist later.

It was 9 degrees when I took Corgi out this morning. Glad I work inside......for now, hoping I don't get pulled into inventory. I'll need to run home for some long johns if I do.

Mom is at the hospital with dad. They should be releasing him yet this morning. He'll be happy to get home. He's been having trouble sleeping, being in his own bed will be a big help.

Morning everyone. It is cold here too. My car said 24 on my drive in but the wind has died down. Last night it was shaking the house. And the sun is out so that helps.

I don't mind the cold as much if it's sunny out!

It really does help.smile

DG,

It's hard to sleep in a hospital. I'm sure your dad will feel happier when he's home.

Currently 68 degrees and partly cloudy with 82% humidity.  Nice cool breezes.  A few light showers are expected later in the day.

Technically today is colder than yesterday but yesterday the wind was ferocious & it was overcast.  Today there is no wind & the sun is out so it feels & looks warmer.  I realize cold here isn't the same as cold up there but 24 is still darn cold IMO.

It's rainy here today. Making broccoli cheese soup and grilled cheese for lunch. Got a load of laundry going with my little man's help. He loves helping so much. I'll have him gather the ingredients for lunch for me. He'll probably want to butter the bread for the grilled cheese too.

I still can't believe he's 2. He had his first dental checkup yesterday. The hygienist said that his teeth are in excellent condition. Also found out that he's 34 inches tall and 29 lbs, 11 oz. Tall kid! No wonder he has size 8 feet.

Wow! Tall girl! Are both your DDs tall?

DH is 5'11 and I'm 5'9. I'm guessing DS will top 6' full grown.

He enjoyed helping with the sandwiches. He also supervised the soup and made sure to tell me that steam was rising from the pot. He's now helping his Daddy with dishes.

Yes they are both tall, although DD1 is looking like she will give DD7 (eta:whoops.. she is DD8 now) a run for her money. I'm 5'6'' and DH is 6'.

She likes helping too, her favorite is unloading the dishwasher.

DS loves unloading the dishwasher. He also loves running off with the clean dishes. He will stand patiently while DH loads the dirty dishes but he has to close the soap cup and start it or he'll have a fit.
