ohfour was banned for breaking the rules. That doesn't mean flan didn't deserve it. But I still banned ohfour even though I didn't want to. And ohfour DID take responsiblity - she knew exactly why she was banned and she hasn't whined or bitched about it like others do. She hasn't claimed it was unfair like most.

She was calling flan out on her rudeness and nastiness. And really, I'm quite certain ohfour knew she would get banned for it and said it anyway, because it needed to be said.

I'm sure you're going to tell everyone that I whined about my ban. No. I wasn't happy about it. Not one bit. I did not think it was fair but I said what I said and I got a ban and I deserved it. Yes. If Tig is upset then you should have handled this privately between Tig and flan. This is not something that everyone else needed to get involved in. As the mod, and as the leader of SS, you could have handled this privately. But it was so much better to publicly flog flan and make a spectacle of everything.

NJN - I don't care anything about rumors and other such stuff. That is not what you were banned for an it has nothing to do with anything.

As a moderator and the head of SS you have every right to feel Tig was treated unfairly. And that is your place. I don't mean that snarky. You are in charge and should deal with these issues. However, as hurt as someone feels SS should never have become a board war. We've had several threads on how flan mistreated Tig. If you feel she did then you needed to handle it with Tig and flan as you have every right to. When it becomes a board war it's not doing anyone any good and it's just destructive. If ohfour feels she needs to intercede she should have pm'ed flan and told her just what she thought. She also could have pm'ed Tig with her support. So again, no. I don't think any of this needed to become a huge war.

We should definitely nail flan to a post and post a scarlet letter A on her and tar and feather her. Then flog her. And if she needed public flogging that's LL's job. This has gotten freaking over the top dramatic.
