We exceeded our high for the day already this morning. It's down right hot. It's 45 right now. But I know that's going to rapidly change at some point.

Schools are closing at 1 and 2 this afternoon.

I gotta go check in at the store. That's how we do our census count here in the south. smile

It's expected to hit around 1. Gov. will close at noon, but we teleworkers must work from home all day. DH took the boys to the store yesterday and the bread aisle was sparse. Your video was funny, Lily.

Schools are closed and DH is working from home today, too. I'm not looking forward to this.

A friend of mine in NC just put up a picture and it looked like less than an inch. She believes it's over, too, as it's just rain in Charlotte. Hopefully flights will resume soon.

Our problem is going to be ice I think.

I'm watching the temperature. It gets close to freezing and I'm going to get the boys. I ain't waiting til school let's out.

We had some minor flooding this morning where so much came down so quickly.

Our Temps are staying at 43 for now. But the colder air is coming in. You can't feel a big difference in the air.

Chef, glad to hear your son is feeling better. And if I can get the kids packed up we're coming to your place for the weekend.
