The storm is approaching.

One report was that it's speeding up (which is good), might get her about 9:00 this evening instead of midnight.

If it's moving faster, it will be over us less time and should drop less snow. (Okay, maybe that's wishful thinking. cry )

 

Predictions have been from 8 to 12 inches, ending before Sunday sunrise.

 

If so, it won't be too bad.

But a lot of Sunday flights have been cancelled, because the aircraft come from cities that have been overwhelmed, so the planes won't be taking off.

WT Everloving FFFFF! They just upped our totals from 14-18" to 28" plus!

And MIL decided she want to be at our house for the weekend.

I may head back out to the liquor store after all.

I can't remember how far south of me you are. But the latest has ice and snow below Atlanta.

Our current NWS prediction is 8 to 14" with high winds, ending by 1:00 a.m. Sunday morning.

I can live with that, I grew up in Cleveland, where we would have 4 to 12 storms like that every winter.

 

I still like a little shoveling, especially since I started using a plastic shovel.

We are only supposed to get a couple inches here. I stopped at the store on the way home to pick up a few things, it wasn't too crazy. I picked up Chinese for dinner.

My parents will be home in less than an hour. Sigh. It's been nice having the house to myself.
