Considering blacks are only 12% of the population - that is a really high disproportionate number.  Planned parenthood purposely puts its clinics in areas with higher black population.

These are all facts - no opinion needed.

Or, could it be, that Blacks *gasp* have more unplanned pregnancies than Whites?

flan

Which means what exactly?  That it is better to then kill those black babies?

Why is it forgotten that the lady that founded PP, did so to eliminate the black population?

Yes, she was a racist!!!

If 12% of the population is having 37% of all abortions, that should tell you something. Duh.

Margaret Sanger was a century ago.
Show me any proof of Ohfour's absurd claim that people are having abortion parties to celebrate dead black babies.
It's ludicrous.

How about the fact staring you in the face?

Slavery was longer ago than that, and people still talk about it in relation to "white privilege".  History matters, especially in light of the current statistics.

The "fact" of abortion parties to celebrate the death of black babies as per the claim?

It's nonsense.

If it's a fact you can surely prove it, but you won't, just as you still have to prove how pro-Muslim I am.

It's BS.

Obama Celebrates 43 Years of Abortion: Roe “Gives Us Rights, Freedoms and Opportunities”

NATIONAL  STEVEN ERTELT   JAN 22, 2016   |   2:39PM    WASHINGTON, DC
President Barack Obama issued a statement today celebrating the 43-year-old Roe v. Wade decision that allowed for virtually unlimited abortions. In a written statement that celebrated killing little boys and girls in abortions as giving people “the rights, freedoms, and opportunities to fulfill our dreams.”
The United States marks 42 years of legalized abortion in all fifty states at any time for any reason throughout pregnancy on January 22nd, the anniversary of the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court decision. Since that time, there have been approximately 58,586,256 abortions that have destroyed the lives of unborn children.

For President Barack Obama millions of babies dying in abortions is a cause for celebration. Obama said the Supreme Court decision legalizing abortion “affirmed a woman’s freedom to make her own choices about her body and her health.”

“The decision supports the broader principle that the government should not intrude on private decisions made between a woman and her doctor,” he said. “As we commemorate this day, we also redouble our commitment to protecting these constitutional rights, including protecting a woman’s access to safe, affordable health care and her right to reproductive freedom from efforts to undermine or overturn them.”

“In America, every single one of us deserves the rights, freedoms, and opportunities to fulfill our dreams,” Obama’s statement concluded.

His comments come just weeks after he vetoed a bill Republicans in Congress passed to de-fund the Planned Parenthood abortion business, which was caught selling the body parts of aborted babies. Hearings have exposed how the abortion company likely violated federal laws to sell the body parts.

These 7 Actresses are Celebrating Killing Babies in Abortions

NATIONAL  KATIE YODER   JAN 21, 2016   |   10:43AM    WASHINGTON, DC
Just in time for the 43rd anniversary of Roe v. Wade, female celebrities reenacted optimistic abortion stories from women who either aborted their unborn babies or desperately wanted to.

On Wednesday, The Center for Reproductive Rights (CRR) partnered with seven female actresses to release videos of abortion stories. In the videos, the celebrities, from Elizabeth Banks to Bellamy Young, “share real women’s stories about the impact of attacks on reproductive health care.” Positive abortion stories, that is.

CRR conveniently left out the stories of women who regret their abortions.

As part of CRR’s Draw the Line campaign, the videos encouraged viewers to sign a petition against Texas law in the upcoming Supreme Court abortion case. “I draw the line against attacks on safe and legal abortion,” the petition read.

While the stories told by the actresses are heart-wrenching, they only show one side of abortion. They only show abortion as a good. They only show abortion affecting one person: the woman.

Elizabeth Banks (Pitch Perfect 2) read “Rebecca’s Story.”

When Rebecca’s birth control failed, Rebecca “knew [she] had to end the pregnancy” as a college student. Abused by her boyfriend, Rebecca told her pro-life best friend, “I d[o] not want to create a life with such a hateful man.”

Playing Rebecca, Banks detailed how the women in Rebecca’s life, including her best friend, supported her.

“Because the life they were most concerned about was mine,” she said. “When you love someone, you want the best for them, and that means you would do anything to protect them from being forced to do something against their will.”

Amy Brenneman (The Leftovers) read “Whitney’s Story.” Because of an anomaly, Whitney and her husband decided to abort their unborn baby.

“Our choice wasn’t easy. It was miserable. But it was also right for our family,” Brenneman said, posing as Whitney. “But even out of uncertainty and sorrow there can come great joy.”

Retta (Parks and Recreation) read “Rosario’s Story” of an ectopic pregnancy.

Mercedes Mason (Fear the Walking Dead) read “Laura’s Story. A college student, Laura insisted she was “not ready to be a mother.”

Mary McCormack (House of Lies) read “Susanne’s Story.” Susanne had preterm labor – and was unable to get an abortion before giving birth.

“I had no real choice,” McCormack said as Susanne. “A difference in personal opinion should never affect an individual’s ability to get the care they need.”

Dascha Polanco (Orange Is the New Black) read “Kayleigh’s Story.” According to Kayleigh, the timing was off.

“I’m proud,” Polanco said as Kayleigh. “I had the guts to make the right choice for myself.”

Bellamy Young (Scandal) read “Faith’s Story” of a woman who had epilepsy.

WOMEN CELEBRATE: #SHOUTYOURABORTION ON TWITTER

'I'm thriving, without guilt, without shame, without apologies'

abortion300x300It’s apparently not enough for thousands of women have chosen to end the lives of their unborn babies to remain silent about their decision – so they’ve taken to Twitter to publicly celebrate their abortions under the viral hashtag #ShoutYourAbortion.

Under that hashtag, women are revealing why they decided to abort their babies, and they claim the abortions enhanced their lives.

Activists Lindy West, Amelia Bonow and Kimberly Morrison launched the hashtag on Sept. 19 after the House voted to defund Planned Parenthood.

In a tweet Tuesday, West wrote: “I set up #ShoutYourAbortion because I am not sorry and I will not whisper.”

Bonow explained her decision to abort in an expletive-laden column published on Salon titled, “My abortion made me happy: The story that started the #shoutyourabortion movement.”

“Pregnancy is what happens sometimes when people have sex, and an abortion is what happens when a woman becomes pregnant and does not wish to procreate – if she is lucky. If she, and whoever knocked her up, and her non-baby, and society at large are f—ing lucky. There are zero abortion clinics in the entire state of Mississippi, and I had an abortion five blocks away from my apartment, because I am so lucky. I remember this experience with nothing but gratitude.”

Bonow continued, recalling the actual procedure:

“I am not kidding when I say that I have had visits to the bank that were much more unpleasant than that particular morning at Planned Parenthood. The only thing that happens at the Madison Avenue Planned Parenthood on Saturdays is abortion. Every person you see in the clinic is having an abortion, or helping someone have an abortion. The moment I entered the clinic that morning, I felt myself lift and become stronger because of the women around me. I felt connected to every woman I saw, and I tried to make them know this with my eyes. … The nurse called my name and smiled at me; I kissed my boyfriend, rose to my feet, and walked toward the end of a mistake. …

“The procedure I had is commonly referred to as a Vacuum Aspiration, which tickles me because vacuuming is a thing you do in order to remove unwanted detritus from your life, and aspirations are hopes for your future, which can be destroyed by having children you don’t want. It did not hurt. It felt strange, in the same way that it feels strange when you are having your blood drawn and as the suction kicks in, you feel a quiet internal ‘pop’ as something leaves that used to be inside of you. The whole thing was over in three minutes. I have had more painful experiences flossing my teeth when it’s been awhile. …

“I’m telling you my story plainly, proudly, flippantly even, because we have all been brainwashed to believe that the absence of negative emotions around having an abortion is the mark of an emotionally bankrupt person. It’s not. I have a good heart and my abortion made me happy. It’s perfectly reasonable to feel happy that you were not forced to become a mother. Your life belongs to nobody but you; don’t ever let someone make you feel any other way.”

Some examples of the #ShoutYourAbortion tweets include the following:

Huffington Post Deputy Editor Nina Bahadur lamented, “Anti-abortion activists have attempted to co-opt the hashtag, showing just how common it is to shame and belittle women who have had abortions. The women who are using the hashtag to speak out in the face of insults, trolls and threats are a powerful reminder of how important these conversations are.”

Some pro-lifers are responding to the abortion celebrations with the following tweets:

You mean with balloons and clowns and pony rides?

No.

But are they showing ANY regret over the fact they paid someone to rip apart their unborn baby?

No.

That is celebrating.

I do want to say something here. There are PLENTY of PP clinics in largely white neighborhoods. Where I used to live, and also here, we have them and they serve mainly a white population. OTOH, these clinics are merely a storefront to handing out condoms. The services they offer are minimal, if any. In order to get birth control stronger than a condom or any other kind of service like an exam or abortion you have to drive into the "inner city" to receive the services. You set up a referral at your clinic and they send you downtown for services. Where I used to live I went to the one downtown for birth control. But it was NOT free. I paid every penny of it. I haven't been to the one downtown here but have driven past it multiple times. I know exactly where it's at. I do hear women complaining about it a lot. They are not happy with the treatment they receive. I hear the doctors are not all that kind.
