There is a huge difference between calling what they are doing a sin and telling them that they are bad, godless people. If you can't see that, I can't help you.
A sin is a sin and calling it as such isn't judging. Looking at someone and presuming to know what's in their heart and saying they are a bad person because they have sinned...that's wrong. And it's judging and it's God's job not yours.

I never said there was not a difference--but yes, you ARE judging when you call people out on their sins. That is EXACTLY what "judging" means. That is EXACTLY what the Pharisees were doing who were going to stone the harlot.
