You know those roomba things? I wish someone would make something like that to clean tubs and showers.

It needs to go up the walls too.

No. It doesn't work so well.

And I still have to do it.

I want the thing to do it for me.

No.

And you're not playing the game right.

What's something you wish someone would invent?

Transporters would be nice, but I'd rather have Star Trek style replicators. They'd end cooking and cleaning, they'd end laundry and clothes storage. They'd end a lot of issues we have now.

An "auto-chef" a la Nora Roberts!

Haven't you noticed that inventions written about 50-75 years ago are here today? Dick Tracy's wrist radio (cell phones, ear buds); travel to outer space (Captain Video); Tobor = drones. Nora Roberts writes about vehicles that can elevate 20-30 feet, and drive without touching the ground; "sealing" their hands/feet at a crime scene so they don't introduce erroneous DNA/matter to a crime scene; "drying tubes" after a shower; etc. etc. etc. If you can imagine it, someone will create it.

I want a drying tube. They had that big version at the water park, but they need small home versions.

I would like a car that flies so I can get places faster without traffic. But I guess that would just create more air traffic.

I would like a portable jet pack to get places when I'm tired or just want to fly above people in crowded areas.

Lily, I think there are those shower spray things that automatically spray the walls down with cleaner after you shower.

I had one of those shower sprayers, it didn't work very well and it ran out quickly.

I use the shower spray and I love it. It actually keeps my shower very clean and now I only have to wash above where it sprays. It does go quickly but it's worth it to me not to have to clean the shower every weekend.

I rinse my shower down every day after use and thoroughly dry it, so it doesn't get dirty. Spritz disinfectant every couple weeks. Cleaning shower is not a big deal to me. But I would like something that would dry it for me, including the glass walls/door. If we don't dry it, mold grows underneath the caulk where you can't get to it.

I bought a $1 spray bottle and fill it 1/4 with Mr Clean and water.  When i am done with my shower, i spray it down.

I spray mine down with bleach once a week.

I still wish I could put a little robot in there and let it do the job.

Geez, people.

Do you need a mixer? No.

My kids a great deal of the house work now.

What's wrong with a little wishful, fun thinking?

No one needs a mixer, but it's nice to have.

There are several car washes here, great deals.

Wash, detail (in and out) and dry for $10-$20. It takes less than 30 minutes.

The kids do it most of the time.

But every now and then it needs a good cleaning, vacuuming.

The vacuum at the car wash tends to have a stronger suction than ours.

They have robotic vacuum cleaners. Turn it on, leave the house, come back, clean. Not sure how well they work. My luck, they'd trip our alarm.

They range from $289 to $$700 depending on the model.  I, too, think it would be fun for the cats.  LOL!
