Not if the electoral votes were decided based on populations. If x candidate wins a state then then that state's votes goes to that candidate allocated of course. Don't need a person to be a super delegate anymore

 I think super delegates are stupid.  Have the primary in each state - whoever wins gets that state's votes, and be done with it.

Absolutely not.  It must be there.  If not, then most states wouldn't even be represented in a presidential election...Cali and NY would decide the president, and that would be horrible...

 I didn't mean decide on a state by state vote.  I meant on an individual vote.  I can vote R & my next door neighbor vote D & both votes count equally directly to the candidate.  I know that last election my state went to Obama & yet every person I know who lives in the northern part of the state did not vote for him.

This is true.  They shouldn't have them so spread out.  There's no reason for some people to even vote in the primary, it will have long been decided...
