My DH had that happen with his blackberry. It fell out of his pocket getting out the car in our driveway, unbeknownst to him. Had it replaced, etc., then we found it in the Spring. LOL

That is what we thought at the time as well. That is why the kids wanted to "save" her. I thought they were silly at the time, but man, have we had fun with Dead Kitty.

 Umm my stuffed raccoon Cloe rides there on the inside of the windshield.  BUT I suppose I could get Dead Kitty some goggles and leathers and bungy her to my front fender!  she will get lots of bugs in her fur....and teeth if she has any left from being run over numerous times!  I will ensure she makes it into Easy Rider magazine!  she can be famous!

She's going to live forever.. so yeah, I'm keeping a close eye on her and I don't turn my back. She can successfully hide for months without an attention and bam, there she is.
