I don't know Trudy, it's almost over now.

Good morning!

The day started with a rush this morning. Next week will be worse due to the time change. We are already cranky about it. At least the sun is shining.

Morning everyone. It is a gorgeous day out there today & I am in here. The past two nights I have slept with the windows open & had the most delicious deep sleep. I absolutely love sleeping with the windows open.

 My friend who stores his in my garage showed up at 9:30 last night to take his out.  He busted it out last Sunday for the first ride of the season.

 I only have a one car garage that I can either fit my SUV or other garage junk but not both.  So I park in the driveway & store my junk but there is plenty of room for his bike.  He doesn't have a garage.  He has a remote for the door so he can come & go without disturbing me.

#1's fever broke and I got him in the doctor. Sent us out to get chest x-rays, JIC. Didn't hear anything, and tested negative for flu, so it's probably just a virus.

 When I first saw Debbie go down I thought she was just being kind of a wuss.  She tends to be kind of dramatic anyway.  When Caleb went down and wasn't responsive, that was scary.  I did notice something probably few others didn't.  They were holding his legs way up high.  That was to get the blood back down into his head.  I knew it was serious when they started the IV.  DH said it was an emergency because they didn't even use gloves.  He never really regained responsiveness.  His eyes fluttered some and he barely moved his head but he really wasn't responding.  When Cydney went down I knew she'd be okay.  She was crying.  Her body had just been pushed to the max is all.  The fact that she could still talk and respond said it was temporary.  But it sure was a wild scene.  I couldn't believe Jeff pulled EVERYONE off the set to help out.  Crazy.

I don't really know why they disliked Jen so much.  She didn't seem that bad to me.  That NBA player seems like kind of an azz.  I did feel sorry for Jen.  But who knows, maybe it was something they didn't show.  They merge next week so that should be exciting.

I also felt bad for that Vietnamese guy.  He was really good friends with Caleb.  He took him leaving hard.

 Debbie's back was scary thin. I'm surprised she was healthy enough for the show...She can't stand to lose weight.

I did notice them holding Caleb's legs up, NJN. He seemed like a big healthy guy, but that just goes to show you! If he had just gone a bit slower, once the first team had won, who knows?

Jeff wanted drama & he sure got it. I would love to see him participate! LOL

Debbie is...weird. Always talking about her ninja skilz. Her counter intelligence and all. She weirds me out.

Caleb's core temp was way high. They were saying his outer temp was was some ungodly number. His insides were frying. Scary. I think Cydney did better because she's a personal trainer and used to pushing her body to the limits. I forget what Caleb does but if he is not used to pushing his body I can understand why he collapsed and did not come out of it but Cydney did. Debbie got right up though with some water.

 But but but...  Debbie has ninja skilz.  She said so herself!  I'm not really sure how to take that gardener guy.  He is the epitome of flaming.  I'm sad Caleb is gone.  I think he had potential.

 I've never watched Big Brother, but I agree. He seemed nice.

Debbie is "IN CONTROL" of the "MISSION."

The gardener was nearly in tears when someone was chopping a tree to build the shelter, then he ran around like a madman looking for the idol (and pulling up any plant he could get his grubby paws on).

Debbie is annoying. She's going to get voted out soon. Especially since the tribes are merging this coming week. Did you see her showing off her juggling skills in last week's show? Juggling? Really? How about developing some fishing or fire building skills. Those are little more ninja anyway.

I think the gardener realized really quickly he was going to have to adapt. Did you notice when they killed the chicken? He didn't give them a hard time about it. He told them he knew it was necessary but he also took the feathers and sent them out to sea as a memorial. He said he was held captive in a war camp. I think he has a lot of qualities that will help him get to the end. He's definitely strange but I think he can adapt which is the key.

Thanks! We can talk in general just not last night's episode. My coworker was dying at lunch today because she really wanted to talk about it. I saw an article where Debbie & her boss were charged with passing water as clean without ever inspecting it years back. I don't think the charges stuck but I thought that was hilarious considering her bionic eyes that could see microbes in water.

 Yeah & she said she had a cast iron immune system because she grew up on a farm with chickens & pigs or something like that.

As strange as she is I really liked her blind siding the "good looking people" last week.  Peter was so smug.

So, how is it that some days I can get 10,000 steps on my pedometer without trying, and then days like today, where I walk the dog in the morning and go for a walk at lunch, and my step count seems to be creeping along?!!!! I don't even have 5,000 steps, yet!

 Because how much you walk can be deceiving?  I find that I get the most steps on mine when I am cooking a big meal.  Apparently I am unorganized and run back and forth to the fridge, pantry, and oven.

Hmph. Our friend G was over yesterday and brought Peeps and Cadbury creme cookies for him and DH. He knows I don't like either one so he brought me some chocolate truffles. DS just grabbed the bag and I asked him if they are his. He said no and took 3. Stinker!

And no. I don't really care. I just thought it was funny that he acknowledged that they're not his and took some anyway.

Been a good day. I worked a bit late and so missed my book club. Oh well, April is another month! I could still go but dragging a bit.

I have a fit bit, brand new, for a year. Haven't used it yet! I want to but not all that motivated to set it up.
