That article basically says in a choice between Hillary and Trump they'd vote for Trump. That doesn't say the majority supports him. It just says Hillary is more vile than anyone else.

 And the 37% you are referring to is in reference to the other Republican candidates, which were splitting the votes.  It most certainly had nothing to do with Trump over DEMOCRATS.
