Charcol, gas, or wood?

Or any combination?

What do you grill most?

Who is the "grill master" in your house?

We have a combo gas and charcoal grill. I prefer charcoal but the gas is quicker.

Gas. Only because it's so convenient but we do have a smoker. We grill anything, even pizza. We both grill but he does do most of it while I'm preparing other stuff.

Wood is so good but it burns real fast. I like charcoal with wood chips but it gets so humid here it's hard to get a good fire sometimes.

It depends on what I'm cooking.

I love steaks on a wood grill.

Burgers and dogs are good on charcol.

Chicken, gas.

Pork is slow smoked with wood.

I guess I'm the one that does the grilling most.

Veggies are good on the gas.

Eggs, gas or charcol.

Breakfast meats, charcol.

Beans, stews, soup and chili, cooks best in wood or charcoal.

Gas. We had to use electric when we lived at the condo, because our balcony was covered. It was fine, but I like gas better. DH does the grilling, I prep. He does a great job with steaks, but anything else requires a meat thermometer and instruction from me. I have done pizzas, and they turned out great. However, I'm burned out from pizza because of the boys (even though I don't eat it, just seeing it has made me tired). We have a side burner which is good to heat up beans, etc., particularly if the power goes out.

I have a charcoal grill.

I've never had a gas or electric one.

I'm the grill master.

Steaks, fish, burgers, veggies, chicken, shrimp.smile

I've never tried pizza on the grill, but I rarely ever eat it, so I don't think I'll bother.

We have a gas grill and a weber charcoal. Husband does the grilling, about once a week in the summer.
Hmmm. I need to plan for kabobs soon.

Gas for convenience, but love charcoal.

We eat steak a lot. Also sausages and brats. Every once in a while chicken. We do roast sometimes too.

I do most of the grilling. I am also glad to live where we grill year you do.

WOW does my drill need a deep dive cleaning! Burgers were great. And I've used it over the winter, but the grill needs a good cleaning. That is a job for next Sunday!

Gas. Think i will get a new grill. I don't grill. But, my son loves to grill so he put in a request for a new grill. Our old one is totally rusted out and only one side works.

Shiny new grills are the stuff of dreams....

We replaced ours about 2 years ago.

The old had become an instrument of possible death.

I know I killed a crap ton of daddy long legs with.
