Sometimes the best choice is being in the hospital. When I was young I got pneumonia and tried to hard to fight it without going. Six rounds of antibiotics later I was admitted. Sometimes being in the hospital is the best alternative. I hope you get better soon.

Update

2500 ml of fluid drained from around my left lung. 

Keyhole surgery to keep it from happening again. 

Recovering. 

 

Then 

my my left kidney has been taken over by a tumor. 

That has to come out. 

 

Looking forward to to resuming my life.

Well, my mom lived a perfectly normal life (45 years) after having her kidney removed.
