Nice guys finish last. We are tired of living in the land of the perpetually offended. We are tired of the generations who need 911 crisis counselors over a chalk word.

A few immature kids at one university does NOT equal "generations."

Oh FFS. It's half of the country far on their entitlements.
Cruz is a whiny crybaby. Yes, Trump was not nice. However, an ad that was definitely meant to benefit Cruz at the expense of Trump took a shot at Trump's wife. Cruz could have come out right away and disavowed the ad, or even reached out to Trump, personally.
Instead, he just spouted some nonsense about it "not coming from his campaign" and pretending that he wasn't the beneficiary.

Well, I could agree with you--but then we'd both be wrong.
Well, i don't see how Cruz is being whiny. He should defend his wife and he did. But, it's all getting very stupid. We don't freaking CARE about that. Tell us what both of your are going to do for this country and for Americans.

He is being whiny. He's crying about how Trump needs to be nice and keep the campaign clean when he failed to do that exact thing.

I disagree. I like Cruz. I also like Trump. I don't have to think Cruz is a "whiny baby" in order to like Trump. I would be happy if either of them won. I think beating the crap out of each other is stupid. The Dems dont' do that to one another. The Repo elections are hotly contested, which is actually a great thing, but i want the winner to win on the merit of their policies and positions.. I don't care if Trump's wife posed nude or if Cruz's wife had a nervous breakdown or drank too much at the Christmas party or which business of Trump's mega holdings have failed. Tell us what you are going to do and how you will do and what your plan is. And, how will defeat Hillary. How will you undo the damage Obama has done, etc.
I didn't say you had to dislike him or think of him as anything--but he's being a crybaby on this issue.
It's like the little nerd who steals the bully's sandwich--and then when the bully catches him and whops him--he cries to the teacher about how he is bullied.

He's like the amazingly talented doctor with no bedside manner.

Trump has done his share of whining as well. Not sure i see the difference. Boo hoo Megyn Kelly is picking on me. I wasn't treated fairly blah, blah.
Trump isn't whining--he retaliates. It's when he does that everyone jumps on him for not being nice.
There is a HUGE difference between "not being nice" and being a misogynistic azz.
flan
More ignorance from someone who made the absurd Hitler comparison.
I merely provided details, as I was asked to do.
What about my latest statement is "ignorant?"
Saying Trump is "not nice" is like saying water is a bit damp.
flan
He's hired more women for decent jobs--even executive jobs--than ANYONE else running. Sanders and Hilary have never created a job for anyone. They have been leeches on society their entire lives. Sanders hasn't even done anything in Congress.

Seriously, husker, do I have to explain WHY he hires women?
Wait, I'll let HIM tell you:
“I mean, we could say politically correct that look doesn’t matter, but the look obviously matters,” Trump said to a female reporter in a clip featured on “Last Week Tonight.” “Like you wouldn’t have your job if you weren’t beautiful.”

In many cases, he's probably not wrong. How many female news reporters do you see that are trolls? Damn few.

Except he applies the same standard to most of the women he hires.
Donald Trump employs more women than men at the upper echelons of his real estate empire, and in many cases pays them more, according to the Republican presidential candidate’s attorney.
Appearing on “CNN’s New Day” with Chris Cuomo, Michael Cohen, Trump’s general counsel and an executive vice president at Trump Organization, said that while the billionaire’s companies employ 57 percent men and 43 percent women, “there are more female executives at the Trump Organization than there are male.”
“And women who are similarly situated in positions similar to that of their male counterparts, are actually paid more,” Cohen said.
Trump has come under intense scrutiny for negative comments he’s made recently about women. After the first GOP debate earlier this month, he endorsed a tweet calling Fox News host Megyn Kelly a “bimbo.” He was also accused of telling a New York City attorney that she was “disgusting” for breast-feeding. Trump denied the claim.
Since that fallout, Trump has maintained that he “cherishes” women and that he has long been progressive on the issue of employing women at the top levels of his companies.
“And you can prove it? Sounds too good to be true,” Cuomo asked Cohen of his claims.
“I can prove it,” Cohen answered, adding later that he would allow Cuomo to take a look at the company’s financials as long as he signed a non-disclosure agreement.
“For example, in senior accounting, the male is in the $70,000 range and the female is slightly greater than that,” Cohen said. “In the area of even the legal department where the assistant general counsel makes $25,000 more than her male counterpart.”
Cohen went on to say that he wants other presidential candidates to open up the books of their campaign to compare how they stack up to how Trump runs his organizations.
“I would like to see the other candidates, GOP as well as Democrats as well as Hillary. I’d be curious to see how many males versus females she has in her organization,” Cohen said.
“They’re all talk. Donald Trump is a doer, and he doesn’t do it because the pollsters tell him to do it. He does it because it’s inherent to him. It’s right and he doesn’t care, again, if your name is Mary or Joe. He wants performance. He’s a performance-based individual.”
The presence of striking women has played a key role in Trump’s relentless quest to boost his brand — in real estate, in entertainment and now in politics.
After she joined Donald Trump’s real estate business, Louise Sunshine struggled to maintain a steady weight while managing her new career alongside the busy schedules of three young children.
Trump must have noticed, Sunshine said. She recalled that he kept an unflattering photograph of her in a drawer — a “fat picture,” as she called it — that he would pull out when she did something he didn’t like.
Would YOU work for a boss who based your ACTIONS on your WEIGHT?
Trump does need to learn not to say everything that pops into his head.
He's like the amazingly talented doctor with no bedside manner.
Except making himself filthy rich, what's his "talent?"
flan
Except for all of his business success, international dealings, expert knowledge as a CEO and businessman, and his ability to understand budgets and understand when to cut his losses, etc. Yeah he's got nuthin. I mean golly, Bernie has been on welfare and/or the govt dole ALL of his life, so who better to understand than him.?
You know what Trump values? Competence. That is what Trump values. Show him you are competent. And, if he brings in Christie as his Veep, that will be a very strong ticket.
Trump does need to learn not to say everything that pops into his head.

What "talent" does Hilary have? She's mooched off of the government nearly her entire "career".
What about Sanders? He hasn't done anything meaningful in his entire life. He hasn't even been a good Senator. In 26 years in the Senate, there has not been ONE bill that he has sponsored that has passed.
Trump is FAR more talented than either of those two bozos. If you don't think it takes talent to make money--you are daft.

I knew you would pull this out. Except you ignore the part where she laughs about it and calls it a great idea! You don't get to determine what someone else should be offended about when you weren't there.

Do you honestly think that he insults women publicly, but actually respects them?

He doesn't insult ALL women. Some of them don't deserve respect. Sorry, but just being a woman doesn't mean you get special treatment. Trump likes smart, capable women.

LL, that article is not terribly flattering. Mildly positive, but a lot of negative too.
I'm not a Trump groupie. I've said numerous times he's an ass. But the crap about him hating all women is flat out wrong. He values strong women who can do their job, and he promotes them and pays them well. Which is a helluva lot more than a lot of the men that give lip service to equal treatment and equal pay.
