Is time going faster for you or slower as you get older? Are there things you wished you would have done differently? Are there things that worked out better than you thought?
The one thing that stands out the most to me is that as a child it was practically years between Halloween and Christmas. Now it feels like there's only a couple weeks between Labor Day and New Years.
Granny Rose made the most profound statements ever.
I was 16, had just gotten my license and was proudly showing it to her.
She said "honey, it took you longer to get to 16 than it ever will to get to 60".
She was so right.
I don't have any major regrets. I may wish I had said something when I didnt. Or kept my muth shut when I didnt.
Things worked out the way they were meant to.

I look at my children who are both married and have families and it seems like yesterday they were just in high school. It went by so fast. I would have enjoyed that time more and not worry so much about the future. Yes things have worked out better then I thought. I have been married to a wonderful man for going for 33 years, two wonderful children who are happily married and wonderful grandchildren. Couldn't ask for better then that.
