Thank you so much!! Well it may seem sudden but I'm finding it true that when you find The One you know. I have known his sister for years. She was a patient of mine in the old building and she apparently thought we would be a good couple but he was in a relationship with a hose beast. So we they broke up i happened to run into her at a local Irish pub. She showed him my Fb and he said I was cute. The rest is history lol. He's tall , dark eyes.....gorgeous. He is a biker though he shaved his beard and cut his hair shortly after we started dating. He is an insurance agent and runs the family business so very hard working and responsible. He proposed at bike week in Daytona lol. He is like the male version of me and it's scary how alike we are. He would do anything for me and as a bonus our dogs love eachother too. My little Chihuahua is enamored with his yellow lab and it's hilarious to see. We will be moving into his house when his tenants vacate in september then do my condo Reno and rent it out. I can't wait. We are looking at venues and hope to get married in early November. I'm crazy about him! I am so lucky, he is the best guy I've ever met and his sister and parents are amazing too. I'm looking forward to my new family 😀

Aw you guys. Many thanks! So no registry because we both have soooo much stuff, yes kids can come and plus ones .... It will be here in town and probably open bar. I think Miss Manners will approve 😀
It really is funny how things can turn around. One of my besties teased m that I would meet Mr Right as soon as I close on the condo and it was about 6 months or a little less.
A round of drinks on me. I predict an amazing wedding and much love and fun in your future. Sometimes when we're older we know exactly what we want and sometimes we're lucky enough to get it.
