No. I don't start ALL the threads. You are being absurd. As for groupies, why not follow me around? I make a lot of great points and i also have a great sense of humor!
No, you don't.
It's obvious who starts the threads. You know i will be here. Just saying.
What's wrong with celebrating beauty? Don't we celebrate beauty all the time? We celebrate a beautiful sunset or landscape. We celebrate a beautifully prepared dish and meal. We celebrate an adorable puppy. We celebrate a master gardener who can grow the most beautiful flowers and on and on.
There is something very special about a pretty girl in a dress and all dolled up. There is something very special about my daughter when she gets all dressed up to go to her school dances and then all her friends come over and they dressed up. There is something special about a pretty girl. Not sure what is wrong with that?

There's nothing wrong with that. Except to ugly people that are jealous.

Most people can look good if they make the effort. But, yeah, most of us aren't going to look like Angelina Jolie either but that doesn't mean a girl can't look and feel pretty.
Last night at church they held First Communions. The girls all wore beautiful white dresses. Some had headpieces on. Some wore a little makeup. They were all called up on the alter to help prepare the table. They were so beautiful, even my boys smiled. (But they denied it later.)
Beauty and poise go a long way in life. It's a good thing, not something to be suppressed.

Bad example. I don't find her beautiful in any way, not inside or outside.

There is something qualitatively different about a pretty dressed up girl. Not saying you don't enjoy your sons all dressed up in suits. But, when my daughter is dressed up it just seems like a special thing. I dont' know how to explain it other than you just enjoy looking at how adorable they look.

Well, i was just trying to think of some celebrity that people find attractive to make my point.

Oh, I remember when my boys made their First Communions.

There is a BIG difference between "celebrating" beauty and "judging" it.

So what? There are competitions. People become great athletes because they go to competitions where they are judged. Big deal. Not sure why you faint at the thought of anybody ever being evaluated for anything.

There you go again. Why do I even bother refuting your nonsense?

The only people being judged on it are the people that voluntarily enter the contests. Which is their choice and NOYB.
