I don't miss it as much as I thought I would. The hardest time is when I'm eating pizza or wings - those food items just scream out for soda.

My assistant just told me that this afternoon, she wants to meet with me and my boss to turn in her 2 weeks notice.

I'm holding back the tears. I cannot handle this right now...

DH is at a training class today. He got up at four am to drive there, take the eight hour class, and come home. Carlee is a very unhappy camper.

I just heard from real estate agent that they got a contract on my rental property over the weekend. I am so glad. I cannot afford to have it vacant. It has only been on the market since the first of April so I wasn't panicking yet but this take a huge weight off my shoulders.

YAY!!!!!!!

My daughter put her house on the market Friday. By Sunday morning, they had 18...18!!!!! offers!  They took the one that offered 10K over the asking price, cash...no contingencies. 

Now she has to find a new house.  Like NOW...

 Oooohhhhh, I feel your pain.  I am sooooo sorry.  I cried when my assistant quit.  It's ok.  Close the door and have a good cry.
