 no, it was because the other parties sucked equally.  I generally vote on the issues (which are either strictly one party, a coalition or one of the other 2) but the issue here was 'who is the least terrible leader?'.  I hope we've made that clear.  He should step down as party leader.

And the west didn't like the east kicking out one of our own for no reason other than 'you don't like me'.  Especially one of such high standing in our communities.  I think that it would have been a landslide had her riding not been in the richest area of town.  Had more people had access to voting for her we would be throwing a ticker tape parade.
