Where is the claim of transgender?

An O'Fallon, Missouri man was arrested on April 23 after allegedly secretly filming women in a Target dressing room.

Matthew Foerstel, 26, faces felony charges for invasion of privacy in the second degree and unlawful possession of a firearm.

The Brentwood Police Department arrested Foerstel on April 23 after he allegedly held a camera phone under a dressing room door while a female shopper tried on swim suits at the Target store in Brentwood.

An officer went to Ranken Technical College to place Foerstel under arrest and reportedly found him in possession of a loaded handgun.

In 2013, Foerstel was convicted of invasion of privacy in St. Charles County for "knowingly and intentionally" filming an 11-year-old girl while she was partially nude inside a department store dressing room.

Employees of a Sheetz in Lancaster said that James Thomas Shoemaker, 19, was in the bathroom of the store for around an hour, according to WHTM-TV.

Authorities said that he was watching pornography on his phone before he used the camera to look over on the stall next to his.

Shoemaker was initially charged with invasion of privacy, WHTM reported.

But he has now been charged with possession of child pornography, after investigators who examined his phone said that they found several nude photos of his 16-year-old girlfriend.

Shoemaker was jailed Thursday on a $250,000 bail.

I've yet to hear of one closing because of struggling. In my town alone, over 300 have been laid off...and the hours have changed. The lot is empty...

I have owned stock in Target for many years and have made a tidy sum from it. Today, I sold all of it. I can not in good conscience profit from a company that puts a higher priority on the less than 1% population than it places on the wellfare of its mostly female customer base.
