He found another tiny kitten at the plant. I doubt it's 4 weeks old. She only weighs 9 ounces.cry

He's off to buy some kitten milk.

And, I need to give this poor baby a bath.

I think it's a girl. She's black and white.

Pictures to follow, after I get her cleaned up.

Just got back from the Vet.

She looks healthy. They figure she's 3 weeks old.

Really a nice kitty..... We keep adding "outside" cats and, so far have been lucky they are all guys..... Don't need to even think about what we would do with a litter......

 I found a cat one summer. Thing was stuck in a tree, I got it down and she followed me home.

Beautiful calico cat.

I named her Miss Kitty.

That thing was a cat factory. 

Seemed she was constantly having kittens.

I'd come home from school and she'd come around the side of the house, meet me at the back door with a kitten in her mouth. 

There'd be a string of them to where she was bringing them out from under the house.

But, we always found homes for all of them.

This is the first time we've found one this young.

The poor baby really needs her Mom.

The others were at least 4 or 5 weeks old when we found them, and could eat solid food.

We're bottle feeding Scully. She's eaten a little bit. But, no pee or poop yet.

I hope we see some today.

Fingers crossed, that little Scully will survive.

We'll do our best!

I love it when kittens are introduced to dogs. They are still so innocent and instincts haven't yet kicked in where they become fearful and hiss and scratch at dogs. At that age, they are trusting and just want to play.

The grand's HAD to have him. I was okay with that. He loves their home and all the activity. Since he's a young kitty, he needs the attention and action, and man does he get it over there. The games he plays with the kids are hilarious. Silver loves to stalk a kid. DD always has a good story about what Silver did to which ever kid was his target for the day. He's a happy cat and that's what counts. smile

We are doing our best for her. Giving her the best care that we can.smile

She's very, very young...to be without her Mother.

(I have to remind myself of that, in case, she doesn't survive.) 

Say a prayer. Hold a good thought! Please.

She's eating much better today, than she did yesterday. So, she's getting the hang of nursing from the bottle.

I hope to see her produce more waste, soon.

(A Mom cat helps tiny kittens go potty. I have to fake it, as best I can. And hope she'll get the hint.)
