FWM, I can't imagine you being able to part with her anymore. You have given Scully so much time and love. I'm sure she has bonded with you. And you, with her.

Do you see a theme?
Faith isn't something that keeps bad things from happening. Faith is what helps us get through bad things when they do happen.

Czech, it won't be easy to give her away. Scully is adorable.
But, it will be for the best.
She's so young. I don't think she'll have any trouble bonding with a new owner.
And, we don't want to stress our cats out, by keeping her. (I think on some level, they realize the kitten is a guest. They ignore her, for the most part. And that's a good thing.)
On a different board there is a lady who fosters bottle babies. I've told her more than once that I don't know how she does it over & over & then has to send them on to new forever homes. I have complete respect that she does this but I'd end up a cat hoarder if I tried to do it.
Just got back from Petsmart. These animals cost us a small fortune.
A 15# bag of dog food, a 15# bag of cat food, 3 cases of wet cat food, 2-11 ounce cans of kitten formula, and 2 little cans of kitten wet food.
Anyone want to take a guess?
Spoiler
With tax, $170.13
Kitten formula is $11.99 for an 11 ounce can!
Makes you want to breast feed, doesn't it?
ROFLMAO!
I don't think I could nurse a kitten, LL. I wish, she still had her Mom.
But gosh, kitten formula is expensive. Worse the baby formula. (Not that I have needed any baby formula in a long time. So, I don't know how much it costs, now.)
(I did breast feed my children. For as long as my body could handle it. Conor, 5 months. Mere, 3 months. Paul, 10 weeks.)
Some things don't get better, with age.
Little Agent Scully, is doing very well with the bottle.
