I don't know what it is about those blankets. They're like cat crack. 

Even if I throw it over the back of the couch, he'll find one inch he can lie on.

Because couches on their own are just SO uncomfortable......

She is getting the hang of eating canned food. And running around like a loon!

We have to be careful where we step. Scully is fast. And, she's gotten punted...accidently, a couple of times!biggrin

I think she's doing really well, considering how tiny she was when Wayne found her.smile

Czech, I enjoying taking them, and posting them for you guys. It's getting harder. That kitten moves fast!

LL, I'm working on weaning her from the bottle. She's already chewed through 2 nipples. When this last one goes, she'll get her formula in a tiny bowl.

I've been putting a little bit beside her food, hoping she'll get the idea. I'm guessing she'll be off the bottle by the end of this week.smile

 

Oh, and Lexxy....we're worried about knocking her silly! I fear for the silly kitty!

Yes, she does! But, she's a little stinker, at heart!biggrin

Oh, and I weighed her. She's up to 1 pound 4 ounces.

She's gaining about a half ounce a day. Which, is right on target, from what I remember.smile

I think she's made it past the hump & she will continue to grow. She's almost at the 6 week old mark when they naturally start to wean.

I think you're right, Lexxy. She's out of the danger zone.smile

And, if her Mom was around, she would be down to nursing 2 or 3 feedings a day. And she'd be encouraging her kittens to eat solid food.

(Those teeth are needle sharp. The real Mom would not put up with it much longer!)wink

Lexxy, Conor and Jessi have two dogs. They have their hand full with the dogs.

Wayne's assistant at work thinks he knows of someone looking for a kitten. Fingers crossed that she'll go to a forever home soon.

(Although, I will be sad to see this thread come to an end.)cry

I would take her in a heartbeat but TX is pretty far to drive! I don't even like to drive to my brother's house 45 minutes away.
