Me too! AND I'm off half a day today! So, it's really like its noon on Friday...LOL!
Well this my regularly scheduled every other Friday. Came home to finish the day up and I can't think of any other work related stuff that has to be done!

Home from TYCTWD. We're all exhausted. The boys made Gak, strawberry DNA, went to a 3D interactive song/dance movie/show about nutrition, learned about germs, and ran their hands under a special light to see how well they wash them up. And we made a stop in my office to meet my co-workers.

My doctors appointment was very positive. She told me looking at my history and family history, I have most likely gotten some crappy cholesterol genes. But she's happy with the changes I'm making. And she seemed most happy with my awareness of the situation. I know that with my family history, I have zero chance at completly avoiding medication. But I think I owe it to myself to do everything I can to put it off as long as possible.

I agree with that IKWTDS. I've held so many positions at this company for the past 17 years that I kind of know what others need. Whether it's a quick response or help with research on something. Sometimes they need me too much...lol

Faith isn't something that keeps bad things from happening. Faith is what helps us get through bad things when they do happen.
Been a busy week here. Prom is Saturday so this week we have cleaned the whole house (kids and parents coming here to get ready and for pics), got DD a mani-pedi, picked up her dress (it was being altered), took her boyfriend to get a haircut, TONS of stuff at work going on, AND my parents are flying in for prom weekend. They are surprising DD so this should be a fun weekend.

Life is finally starting to calm down here a bit. I'm glad to have some couch time. Beautiful day today. DS got some quality outside time.
DS and I ran errands while DH was working. Encountered rudeness at Costco. This woman thought she didn't need to join the line and could just cut in. She was wrong.
Survived work again today. Took a client to a prenatal class and learned all about the different types of baby poop and how to know when the part of the cord still stuck to the baby is about to fall off. Boring as all He77. 40 minutes by public transit each way. Yuck. Some days I earn my pay.

Or anything else that comes out of a newborn in the first two weeks. Sadly, my client also has very little interest. I was probably not the person who should have taken her.
