 Actually, no.

My 2 year old doesn't come back with such juvenile rudeness when I provide some insight for him. He might ask why though.

Ford Escape. That's what she traded it, this one has few more features on it

So you already realized that you pointing out to people that their post is their opinion is equally as valuable as Lily stating she doesn't understand the game?

Sadly, I'm not shaking my head at your juvenile rudeness. Unfortunately, I've come to expect it from you. I truly wish it wasn't that way but it is.

DS is happily watching Evan Almighty for the second time in a row and intermittently playing his ABC app. I don't mind. I like the movie too. DH doesn't understand how he can watch the same movie back to back but I get it. DS and I have that same quirk.

My boys play with pokemon cards...trade them and what not. And they throw cards down to see who has the one with more power. Is that the game?

 That sounds right.

My ex's daughter was into Pokemon. I remember her talking about how the creatures each had different powers and some were more powerful than others.

I said I don't understand the game but oh well.

In the context of that post, it was a live and let live kind of statement.

 That's one version.

Jesse has the video game versions. Several actually.

There is a huge mythology and story that goes with it.

There is something like 7 generations of it.

Plus extra games.

That is hysterical.

Packing for my trip to Seattle tomorrow. The dog is giving me dirty looks. And whining. I can't decide if it's because he will miss me or if it's because he hid a chicken McNugget in my suitcase and I found it.

I'm home - - - after 12 hours manning the concession booth at the softball tournament. My feet, legs, back (well, really, my whole body!) are sore and begging for a massage. Alas, DH has already gone to bed :(

We made about $150 profit, but there may be more income at the meeting on Monday.

I personally made some extra stuff to sell - not competing with anything the association had to sell - and made over $40!

The association made enough profit to fund 1/2 of one of our scholarships.

If I didn't have to bring the flowers up to church, I would love to sleep in tomorrow.

Had our mothers day celebration today. Grilled filets, asparagus , bed potatoes and other goodies. My DIL painted me a picture of the ocean and stamped grandson's feet in the sand 💖 I got her a few goodies from pier one in a basket including a gift card.
Tommorrow will be a lazy day.

Did I say Pokemon was childish? Nope. Did I say it was undignified to play games? Nope. Am I bitter? Another NOPE.

IF Pokemon ever catches on with "professional" women, my point IS that it would have made the news. One of us would have heard about the trend.

But what do I know?

p.s. I have never actually played strip poker...

Yes.

Both men and women.

Yet no one here knows anyone?

Pokemon.

And why do I know of these people?

Because Jesse and Aaron participates in these events.

There is also a Dungeons and Dragons night once a month and tournaments or festivals a few times a year.

Did you know that there are Maio Kart play offs?

I knew Dungeons and Dragons was still going strong. We have an RPG group that meets weekly at the library.

I stand corrected, Lily. Now I know that adults do play Pokemon.

I guess it's like the Star Wars craze. Some guys never outgrow their love for toys.
