I remember doing that with Caitlyn.

Used a crap ton of conditioner and two different nit combs.

Bright side, after 3 days of doing it twice a day, she had the shinniest hair ever.

Don't forget to wash bed clothes.

Hope it's over soon.

I haven't had to deal with lice yet, but with boys it would be much easier. I did have to deal with cradle cap with #1 but I only had to use special shampoo a couple times.

Cool here and drizzly. We are having record breaking measurable rain at 14 days.

My boys never had it. I've heard that lice don't "like" hair on Black (or biracial) kids.

Lice hate hair dye too. I know some woman use dye, same color to prevent it.

It's that black people have drier hair. White people tend to have oilier scalps and lice like the moisture...

Wow, hate to burst any bubbles, but our HDD is black, very dry scalp and still got lice when she was in kindergarten. With her tight curly hair, it was a nightmare getting rid of the lice. Worse then with the other two kids. I ended up cutting her hair really short to help get rid of them.

NAOW, hopefully you got rid of the lice and this will soon be in the past for all of you.

Now my head itches..

Happy Thursday everyone. Sorry about the lice NAOW. My friend's daughter caught it back in February. They cancelled their annual Super Bowl party because they didn't want to spread it to everyone. I hope you get it cleared up quickly. And yes now I am itchy too.

This week's episode was good IMO. The last few have more of the older episode feel to them. But I agree it was so much better when Caskett had real chemistry. I pick up repeats every now & again on TNT.
