Snopes does not say the event did not happen. They just changed the question so they could claim it was false. It happened, and the man is in custody.

Snopes says he didn't claim transgender rights. He doesn't have to.

They have lost all credibility because of their left leaning slant on everything.

Representatives from Kohl’s say their store require customers to use facilities aligned with their biological gender.

Walmart had no specific policy, according to customer service.

'Peeping Tom' records underage girl changing at Frisco Target

The boy took off after the girl noticed the camera while changing clothes, according to police. She told her parent who told an employee. But by that time, the suspect was gone.

“With the phones where you can do anything you want, it's kinda scary,” said parent Melonie Arbet.

Police were able to capture the suspect on store surveillance and want the public's help identifying him.

Melissa Tollinger says parents who give their kids phones also need to teach the right way to use them.

"They don't realize the ramifications of sending one text,” said Tollinger. “Once it's out there, it's out there. Taking a picture and doing a snapchat or whatever. I think they're too young to realize the implications of it"

“You never know who's watching,” said parent Katie Lizotte. “And once on the net, it stays there forever."

Foerstel has a plea hearing on Monday, May 2, 2016.

The Brentwood Police Department arrested Foerstel on April 23 after he allegedly held a camera phone under a dressing room door while a female shopper tried on swim suits at the Target store in Brentwood.

An officer went to Ranken Technical College to place Foerstel under arrest and reportedly found him in possession of a loaded handgun.

In 2013, Foerstel was convicted of invasion of privacy in St. Charles County for "knowingly and intentionally" filming an 11-year-old girl while she was partially nude inside a department store dressing room.

Foerstel served a one year sentence for the offense in the St. Charles County Jail.

The case being made is that now ALL men are being allowed into ALL women's dressing rooms, bathrooms and next up.. lockers. You may be ok with this, but I for one am NOT ok with this.

What happened? A woman who was in the store was told her being uncomfortable with a man in there did not matter, and she would have to wait even though she was there first. Her privacy rights were infringed and the store didn't care.

Transgenders are NOT the only ones with rights in the world.

After a few years it began gaining popularity as people believed it to be unbiased and neutral. But over the past couple of years people started asking questions when 'Snopes' was proven wrong in a number of their conclusions. There were also criticisms the Mikkelsons were not really investigating and getting to the 'true' bottom of various issues, but rather asserting their beliefs in controversial issues.
In 2008, State Farm agent Bud Gregg hoisted a political sign in Mandeville, Louisiana referencing Barack Obama and made a big splash across the internet. The Mikkelson's were quick to "research" this issue and post their condemnation of it on Snopes.com. In their statement they claimed the corporate office of State Farm pressured Mr. Gregg into taking down the sign. In fact, nothing of the sort ever took place. A friend of Mr. Gregg personally contacted David Mikkelson to alert him of the factual inacuracy, leaving him Mr. Gregg's contact phone numbers. Mr. Mikkelson was told that Mr. Gregg would give him the phone numbers to the big exec's at State Farm in Illinois who would inform them that they had never pressured Mr. Gregg to take down his sign.
But the Mikkelson's never called Mr. Gregg. In fact, Mr. Gregg found out that no one from Snopes.com had ever contacted any one with State Farm. Yet, Snopes.com has kept their false story of Mr. Gregg up to this day, as the "final factual word" on the issue.

What is behind Snopes' selfish motivation? A simple review of their "fact-checking" reveals a strong tendency to explain away criticisms towards liberal politicians and public figures while giving conservatives the hatchet job. Religious stories and issues are similarly shown no mercy. With the "main-stream" media quickly losing all credibility with their fawning treatment of President Obama, Snopes is being singled out, along with MSNBC and others, as being particularly biased and agenda-modivated.
So if you really want to know the truth about a story or a rumor you have heard, by all means do not go to Snopes.com! You could do just as well if you were a liberal with an internet connection. Don't go to wikipedia.com either as their team of amateur editors have also been caught in a number of bold-faced liberal-biased untruths. (Such as Wikigate and their religious treatment of Obama.) Take anything these sites say with a grain of salt and an understanding that they are written by people with a motive to criticize all things conservative. Use them only to lead you to solid references where you can read their sources for yourself.
Plus, you can always Google a subject and do the research yourself. It now seems apparent that's all the Mikkelson's do.

Yes, let's take their own word for it.

Snopes words their "questions" in a way as to be able to render them true or false based upon what they want to be able to say. It's all in the question.

I have to rub my forehead every time I read it. The website making a claim Snopes cannot be accurate because they do not have a large team is supposed to be trustworthy when being run by one person. If someone can make sense of that logic, please let me know!!
