TOTALLY GEEKED!

3.00 , I'm awake and nervous.

Big day, going to my first oncologist.

 

The original description of the study said the drugs are oral.

The last one i read said, one drug is oral, the other is IV.

Will I have to go there repeatedly, get an IV line and wait while it's infused? 3 hours of travel for that? How often?

Ugh.

 Every patient is different. I think if you were getting iv drugs they would have put a port in. Get some rest. Everything will be ok.

 I'm considering taking Monday off. It's a light schedule and I'm close to maxing out my PDO'S.

Horrible about that plane going down. Now I see that they fired 57 security personnel at DeGaulle who were on the terrorist watch list. I wonder if one or more slipped through. Scary thought.

Gloomy here but dry so far. Hopefully the sun will make an appearance later.

 Plane going from DeGaulle to Cairo disappeared over the Med.  Entered Egypt airspace, made an abrupt 90 degree turn to the left, then a 360 degree turn to the right, then crashed.

I am currently cradling the phone since I'm on hold for the "Diggers Hotline". We are putting in a privacy fence and need to know if there are any underground phone or water lines. 13 minutes and still holding. :(

I have a literal pain in my side. Feels like a pulled muscle. Hurts whether I'm sitting still, moving, or bending.

Gotta shop for a new car seat sometime this weekend. The guy that hit my parents owned up to the wreck being his fault and his insurance cut me a blank check to get a new car seat. I was told I can get any seat I want so I will do just that.
