FYI - avocado in chocolate chip banana bread is not noticeable at all. The batter was a little green when it went in the loaf pan, but the bread came out normal colour. And it's yummy! I will wait until tomorrow to try the avocado cranberry cinnamon muffins (they also aren't green).

I baked 2 dozen cookies, 3 dozen muffins and a loaf. I used NO butter, and only 1/2 cup of oil. The rest? Avocado!

I'm really drawn to post-apocalyptic books & shows, so I thought I'd give it a try. DS2 watches it, DS1 gave up after season 1.
