If you have a jar of cherries, put a teaspoon or two of the juice in your regular soda. Turns any soda into cherry soda.

There are 34 mg of caffeine in a can of American Cherry Coke Zero. Canada has stricter laws amount the amounts of added caffeine, but that seems low enough it shouldn't be affected.

I'm at work on break, my sister (some of you may remember her as beetlegal) is coming to visit next week so I'll be pulling an all- weekender to make up for the days I'll miss. She's also a vegan now so I have to figure out what the heck to feed her.

She is doing fabulous. She's married to a great guy who just recently legally adopted her son (abusive/ deadbeat dad very willingly gave up responsibility).

Except for the fact that she's a vegan her life is perfectly normal lol

I am so tired. And I'm not the only one, pretty much everyone is walking around like a zombie today. The 6 am meeting took its toll. And I'm not the only who had trouble sleeping because of anxiety about the 6 am meeting. We are a sorry bunch. They should just send us all home for nap time.

It went fine. It was much more low key than I was expecting. The big topics were safety and environmental. Reminding everyone of his expectations (which are much much higher than the last president). Truly, 90% of the meeting did not apply to the majority of the people there.

Lexxy, my grocery store is 1.2 miles away.

I hate frozen meat.

I decide what I'm going to make in the morning...and run to the store to get what I need.

So, I'm in the store at least 6 days out of 7. wink

Yesterday while the boys were in the pool, they were attacked by yellow jackets. I was out with my butterfly net catching and killing them. I got at least 5 and one is still at large. There must be a nest somewhere. Nasty buggers. I need to figure something out...
