 I completely disagree.  Smoking affects those around you.  

Then don't patronize places that allow smoking.  That's the way it's done in KY... 

 Well, if it's not banned anywhere, that could be all public places - which is ridiculous.  I should be able to walk into restaurants without inhaling carcinogens. 

 But that should be up to the business owner.  Let capitalism work.  If enough people quit patronizing a business, they will change their practices.
