Gun ownership in my town is over 80% households.  I don't know anyone that doesn't own at least one gun.

The KKK is all but washed up, I think the last time I knew of a public rally was back in the 90s. I'm sure they still have active areas but they aren't anywhere near as relevant as they once were. 

And since you brought up the KKK, let's talk about the racism and slavery among the Islamic Republic. I remember riots and all kinds of outcry over a flag. Where is the outcry and riots over the slavery practiced by the muslims?

 The biggest cause of death to Americans, other than illness, is another American with a gun. Think about that, terrorist don't even make it on the list unless you count the many domestic terrorist you have experienced in the last few years and that is relatively small in comparison.
