The bill was overly broad. It did not differentiate between semi-automatics, hand guns, hunting rifles, or the like. It gave power to define and determine a "terrorist" to one and only one person-the AG.

It's a slippery slope, and a law that can be abused too easily. The GOP did the right thing.
