That's the Reese's peanut butter cheesecake I'll be miniature-izing. I've made it twice so far. Once for my uncle's birthday. Once for Thanksgiving (I drew a turkey on this one). DH's eyes bugged out when I said I'm making it again but in my mini-muffin tin. He loves it. It's really rich so the mini portions will be perfect.
