I used to love it when Skittles was pregnant. She would disappear then return right before it was time. She'd lay in her box and we'd watch her give birth. She must have done this 12 times. We always found homes for the kittens, too. Except one that was a screamer. I think there was something wrong with it. It did nothing but scream constantly. We ended up taking her to the pound.

She is somewhere between 63 and 68 days along.
She should have kittens any minute now.
Still not showing any signs, just laying around and begging for food constantly.

I have been feeding her about 5 cans of kitten food per day. She also has as much dry kitten food as she can eat. And she still snacks on the regular cat food.

she is getting very fat.

How old is she?  I thought she was older than your originally thought.  Should she be eating kitten food still?

She's two. The vet said to give kitten food until she is finished nursing.

Still waiting. Today is forty days since the vet said she was 30 days along.

Her boobs are huge. She now looks like she swallowed a small watermelon, compared to a regular sized cantaloupe like before.

She is trying to sneak into all kinds of weird places, like the cupboard with the dishes, the dryer, and various closets. Still not the least bit interested in either of the spots I made for her.

She is eating less today. Those kittens must he coming soon. Fingers crossed, everyone!

When she's in labor, she will let you know, loud and clear.

Then you can gently rub her tummy.

Pebbles had her litter in the hallway.

Put her whelping box in the back corner and she liked havING the lights out. We put a little night light in the middle of the hall.

She didn't want anyone around but me.

She'd let me rub her head and ears but that was about it.

She paced the hallway for hours.

I like this idea.

My brother had some strays that were yellow & always had litters of yellow kittens.  They named them all butter names like buttercup & butterscotch.

She did. And I loved her.

She was my sweet toy poodle.

She and Bam bam were my babies.

Maybe because she is so tiny she looked bigger pregnant than she actually was.

Okay, maybe the Vet was off by a few days.

Cats usually have their kittens, between 63-69 days of mating.

Ginger has to be very close.

Any time, now.

Holding a good thought for her.smile

I'm excited to see the kittens!
