Sigh, my car was creamed today. Not my fault. Other drive just drove into me in Target's parking lot of all places. Sigh...

 Oh no!

Hope you are better soon.

Sorry about the car.

How bad is it?

Driveable, front right corner is a mess. I believe she was texting.  She asked me what happened, never saw me...

Someone stole our doormat yesterday. The kicker? It was a 99cents store doormat that was at least 5 years old and absolutely filthy.

Is it possible the wind took it?

No. Wasn't windy enough to pick it up and the way our apartment sits, the wind couldn't lift it up anyway.

Scavenger hunt!  That's what it was.

LOL! Can you imagine that list? Find a filthy doormat, find an old shoe ...

And with it being in a parking lot, there is really nothing to do but hope her insurance pays up.

 I love scavenger hunts.

It's easier now with cameras on everybody's phone.

Well my insurance will take care of it, but if she tries to claim it isn't her fault, I will take her to court.

If you got a police report, ask the police to talk to Target and get the video of the accident. If you ask as a citizen Target wont give it out. But if the police ask they will. Hopefully it helps.

 Are you okay?

flan

Sore.  It was lunchtime, went back to work and worked until about 5:30 and started getting sore, neck, shoulders, back.  I should be fine by tomorrow but did tell the insurance co about it.

Been there, you will probably NOT be fine in the morning.

call an attorney (maybe one that advertises heavily, like Celino and Barnes, 800-888-8888)

They will tell you which doctor(s) to go see.

You could be in pain for months. crycrycrycrycry
