Momma take care of yourself, please. I hope you start feeling better soon.

Sb, poo on w/e on call.

I am going to the cottage tomorrow and Sunday. Short visit but looking forward to it. I go down only two w/e's this summer due to my geek meeting in two weeks, oh and to see DS since I will be spending my summer vaca in OH. I would take another week this summer but am trying to build up a few weeks PTO reserve. Next year I will take two weeks in the summer.

 Yes. My last job in Indiana was excessively stressful. One day I was driving home from a customer's house and I was passing the Indy airport. I seriously thought about getting off the interstate and just leaving for a few days.

I got home from Atlantic City around 2:30 and took a nap. Now I want to go to bed.

And I gt to wake up early tomorrow and drive 4 hours to see DSS and DIL. Then go to a co-ed baby shower on Sunday on the way home mid-way. Will finally get home around 10:00 tomorrow night.

Thankfully, I can rest on Monday, maybe.

  I sometimes  just wish I could just pack a suitcase get in my car  and just drive till I feel  like  stopping.

My friend and I were talking about just getting in the car and going. I said we needed to get away for a weekend, she asked where. I said it doesn't matter, we'd end up somewhere.

Thunder!

And lightning!

DH wants to go to the humongous flea market tomorrow - that's where he buys his everyday shirts. I informed him - for every two shirts he buys, I get to discard one of his old ones! I'm always looking for more of the (really really cheap) rectangular food storage containers. They're the best ones other than the ones Vette gave me for my birthday. I take my rolling walker when we go to places like this - I stow my purse in the basket under the seat, so there's never any danger of losing it.

I wonder how much mischief I can get into when browsing through the cookbooks?
