While you want to keep the weight, look to foods that are good for you as well.
And ask about adding a fat builder to your diet.
It's a powder you add to milk or whatever to help your body hold on to fat.
Good fat, not bad fat

You should try to eat high calorie, high nutrition foods. Have you tried Boost or Ensure? My grandmother used to mix an ensure with a scoop of chocolate ice cream for a milkshake.
Peanut butter is calorie dense and has good fats.
Another great option is eggs, high in protein and you can add them to almost any meal.
aw yes! Cashiews! Peanuts! those are wonderful for grazing! oh and dried fruites like cherries and blueberries are yummy too. I about ate a whole bag the other day.
Make a small salad with lots of sliced hard boiled egg, mix with a bit of greek dressing. Yummy. I also add dried cranberries or chopped up mandarin oranges. Adds some sweetness to it. Very filling too.

Easy and yummy, no nuts. I ground the flax and chia seeds but you can buy them already ground. For the chocolate I just used special dark chocolate chips.
Ingredients
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
2 tablespoons flax seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 tablespoon chocolate-flavored protein powder, or to taste
Directions
Stir oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate, flax seeds, chia seeds, and protein powder together in a bowl until evenly mixed. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Scoop chilled mixture into balls. Keep cold until serving.
