Let's see. The prosecutor couldn't find evidence of "intent". So, she used Bleach Bit to get rid of her yoga emails. Uh huh. As for "intent", since when was 'intent" part of proving guilt or innocence? Whatever happened to Ignorance of the Law is no excuse. She's a lawyer. She knew exactly what she was doing.

Of course she knew what she was doing. But once again the media is not calling her out, although it does seem that others are. People are too stupid or ignorant to think what she did with all her email is "nothing". I've worked the government arena for 30 years, and believe you me, it is something.
ETA in fact it is "so something" that had I done what she did I would be in jail.
