It's seen more often in children, but it can also happen following muscle or nerve damage.
Mom was the receptionists for a neurologist and I would read some of the doctor's books while waiting for her.

I guess none of you understood what he was saying while he did that. He said he could talk like this with his tongue out the whole time during the debate and still pull even with Hillary and Trump if they would just let him participate.

To me, the most interesting thing about this issue is that I didn't see it until after the debate - and I agree with him. He should have been in it and he probably would have done as well as the other two speaking exactly like that.
I disagree. He has no business being on the stage with them. Donald and Hillary have been running from the beginning. You don't get to waltz on to that stage as some Johnny come lately. The 2 people who are up there deserved to be there and did the work to get there whether you like either of them or not.
That's an interesting take on it. It sounds like something that Hillary would say though because it's simply untrue.
To be fair he's not a "Johnny come lately" though. Each and every year the Democrats and the Republicans start their campaigning earlier and earlier. He did his on the Libertarian timetable. He announced and was later confirmed roughly the same as all Libertarian candidates since there was a Libertarian party.
Does he have a chance of winning? Probably not. But he's no "Johnny come lately".
Do I need to mention that I like Donald in this race? I didn't say I support Johnson. I said I think he would have done just as well as the other two in the debate - even talking with his tongue in his teeth.
Whatever it takes to defeat Hillary. This race it's Donald. I'm good with Donald as a choice.
I don't mind a third party candidate but it has to rise to a certain level. Hitting 5% at this point really isn't cutting it. And, there is a point where we need to actually hear from the final two, one of whom will actually win. To me, it would just be a waste of time and a big distraction which is unfair to the voters. Now, maybe they could do one debate together with "other party" type candidates. But, that needs to be defined too.

5% is the legal threshhold for equal treatment.

There are multiple debates with multiple candidates leading up to this. I dont' care what Johnson has to see. He has no chance to win and that would just be an annoying distraction.
