Yesterday, we had a record high of 86. Today will be hot again.
DH is going to Michigan on Friday, he asked his mom if he needed a jacket, yet. She's like, "No, it's been really nice, about 55." LOL - 55 is really cold to us right now.

We had over 200 ToTers last night. I had 150 rice crispy treats and 15 non-food treats for the Teal Pumpkin Project. Neighbor ran out too and that was a first for them. I also ran out of the drunken pina colada and peaches & cream bites. They were a hit, as usual.
But I didn't expect any, all the kids in this very small neighborhood are older. A couple 8th graders and the rest are 18 and up.
Plus, our neighborhood isn't visible from the main road and the road is pretty dark.

I am fuming right now. There is an industry publication we subscribe to. Last year we paid $24k for 10 subscriptions. This year they have "changed the pricing structure". I just got my quote, we only need 8 this year and their price is over $45,000!! That more than twice what we paid last year. With no new features, two less users, and added restrictions on how we can use their data. It's ridiculous. I want to tell him to stick his quote where the sun don't shine.
Candy overload here. Got losts of TOTers, but DH bought a ton of it, and the boys each got their buckets filled to the brim. I think I'll bring some in for the receptionist's bowl.
DH wore a navy suit, white shirt, bright red tie, and a Trump wig last night. Then he groped me. LOL
If you remember, about a month ago we had a gas shortage in this area.
Well, the same pipeline exploded.
I was able to ride that one out.
But I had to run grab some tonight.
I figure we will be back to a shortage by morning.
It may be weeks before we get gas again.

No, not usually. Too many - they try to get us in and out as efficiently as possible. Elementary book fair was last month, Middle school book fair is next week.

They didn't like that, but the school food was always gross.
Dry poultry, I'm not sure what it was. Some hog water flavored potatoes, rubber beans, a hard roll and they called it cranberry sauce, I called it a science experiment.
It was horrible .
