I'm so mad.  I ordered 3 sweaters from the Loft last week.  I received two yesterday, the third was shipped before these two were and I haven't received it yet.  I looked up the tracking info and found that two days ago it was at a postal facility about 10 miles from me, today it is in NJ.   furious

Well, you can't wear all 3 at the same time. Enjoy the two you received and the anticipation of the third. LOL.

Watching the Boy wander around Home Depot. He may be lost. I am standing with his freezer that he swears will fit in my car. I'm glad I convinced him I should just drive the truck over.

Good Afternoon! Busy weekend.

Almost have the second bedroom back in order. Scrubbed and steam cleaned top to bottom. I may even get some artwork to put on the walls in there. We never did before because of the birds.

Summer clothes are almost all put away and the rest of the winter clothes are in the laundry.

We also had a housewarming/late Halloween party to go to last night for friend we have not seen in about 13 years. He was in an very bad car accident about 6 years ago and has some severe spinal injuries but he has improved so much. He is walking with braces and a walker still but he is out of the wheel chair completely. He is also doing a marathon (hand bicycle) in a few weeks.

That deer he anticipates killing is going to cost him about $50/lb what with his shopping spree on hunting attire, bows and arrows, ammo, and the freezer.

 That is inspiring!

Don't forget the processing fee, tags, and gas.

But.

A couple deer can feed a whole lot of people for a year.

And after the initial start up cost, it's really rather cheap.

He's happy. And he has made no attempt to suggest I come with him. Plus, he has no standing to complain about my shoe budget.

LOL, and if you run out of room for shoes, you have a big empty freezer to use!

Busy day. Moved the large hutch into the dining room, and sofa table into the family room. Then I washed wine glasses & polished silver before putting back into the hutch. Gave mom 5 lead crystal decanters because we really don't need 9. Moved the wine cabinet into the dining room and put a decanter out with glasses, JIC. LOL

I have  a lot of nice crystal as well, not 9 decanters though!  I have a gorgeous decanter from Italy with 4 matching glasses, which I will never use but love them!  i have two Waterford Crystal cake plates that I love but will not use, one maybe.  I think when DS gets married, or DD, I will be wrapping a lot of this up, just keep pushing the pricey non used stuff down the generational line! biggrin

My mom saw some great ideas for decanters putting tea lights in them and using them as lights among greenery for Christmas decorations. I might have to give that a try! We still have 4 decanters.

I've seen those.

I got a whole bunch of mason jars.

I'm gonna use those.

My computer is back!!!! I get to see all the Christmas decorating stuff. Did you guys know that I never decorated for Halloween until LL taught me how a few years back? It's always been just me in the house (unless I was renting a room but then it wasn't my place) and I didn't see a point in decorating. It seemed sad. Then LL made me think about how I could make my house pretty for just ME! I like it now. I have to find that white sheet, though.

I got some of those little lights from Restoration Hardware. Love them! They are battery powered with timers!
