No work, no school. Have an oil change scheduled, have to pick up DD's glasses, and then to do a few fun errands.

No holidays here! Working straight through the week, but at least it will be a shorter day. My late night session is cancelled. Whew.

Glad you're getting your braces off, SB. I went to the dentist the other day and he pointed out (I already suspected) that I probably need braces again because one of my teeth has moved again. I might luck out with a retainer, but orthodontic work isn't covered by my insurance until after 1 year of coverage. I don't know if I will be in this job that long.

So bought some shrimp, I have 3 types of cheese, my mission was light apps this year. Done. Then DD and I just made a pumpkin crumb cake, it is in the oven baking, house smells wonderful. She made it mostly on her own and did the dishes!

I will start a fire soon. Nice night.

The bread is chopped up for my stuffing.

The Breakfast casserole is made.

The mashed potatoes are made.

My last chore for today, will be chopping up the veggies, for the stuffing. And putting them in the fridge.

The rest, can wait until tomorrow.

It will be easy. smile

Not sure why, because I don't want to host, but I feel like I'm being directed regarding how to spend my time. By someone I'm not related to. It's weird.

They are wonderful and excited about the holidays especially the 4 year old. She wants to listen to Christmas music all the time and is looking forward to seeing snow. She was just two when they left for Asia and where they lived it was never below 89 so she is really excited. The baby's 2nd birthday is New Year's Day so we will be flying out to n.c. For her party. Thank you for asking.
