Oh hell, no. I can't say I've ever gone on Black Friday. I'm more a Cyber Monday kind of gal.
It looks like it's going to snow. I don't think it's cold enough, but it has that look/feel. We might go to the parade, or we might take the boys to see a movie instead, not sure yet.
My goal this Christmas is to do all my shopping online.

Dog gets groomed today, I do need to grocery shop, almost out of coffee! And xmas shopping is just about done. Oh and need to go mail my SS box!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My sister and parents are heading to Costco. Nephew does not want to go, so I'm hanging at home with him. Later I think we are going to the tree farm to get their Christmas tree. I heard a rumor of pizza and Christmas movies later.
I am happy to say that I have never done black friday, and I never will. I just dont see the value in getting up early to stand in line so that you hopefully get the $10 off the item you want to get. Nope. Not worth it to me.
We got one tree up last night. Mom kept saying she wanted a really bright tree. So, she got one!
We switched it up this year.
This year the tree in the den gets the icy, white and silver with royal blue.
We will put the other trees up tonight.
I'm thinking I might do red and gold in the living room.
The kids do the little tree in the bathroom. It has pink, blue, and purple.
(The ornaments that look red are actually a silver)

And I am done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe need something small for Mom, but we do a yankee swap, so that is mostly covered. Done with the kids, except for stocking stuffers, done with the charity gifts, done with the SS gift, done with Pop's gift. I feel so free! Now to enjoy the season.

Ohmergosh. I'm eating the chocolate pecan pie we got at cracker barrel yesterday. It's soooo yummmm. And no one else here likes pecans, so it's all mine!

We just left the Christmas tree farm where we cut down the tree. We are now driving down the bumpiest road ever and my BIL sees no need to slow down. I never get car sick, but this may be a first. My sister and I are in the third row and bouncing all over the place. We would be more annoyed with him if we weren't giggling so much.

DD and her friend are reverting back to the age of 4. We carried in all the Village pieces and they were setting it all up. I found the melting reindeer, they have been playing with it for 1/2 hour now giggling. I so love it!

Black Friday is NOT for us! DH took me out to lunch at his
niece's restaurant - The Pig Stand - best best best chicken
fried steak you'll ever taste! Then we went to the whole-
sale florist, to get flowers for Sunday. Purple, because it
is the first Sunday in Advent. Store was almost deserted!
Some day I'll figure out how to take a photo from my phone
