No daily, yet?  OK.

I think I'm calling the vet and cancelling our appointment.  Sheba has perked up a bit and started eating again.  She grinned at me yesterday.  So, it looks like we'll at least get another weekend with her.

Maybe she just had a tummy bug or something. Glad she is better.

Good morning.

Seems the entire country is taking a beating, weather wise.

We are under tornado, flash flood, and thunderstorm watches.

Praying everyone is safe.

Be careful!  Did you hear about the tornado asthma in Australia the other day?

Yes. Last day of the month, which is my busiest day trying to get all the monthly invoices wrapped up. I was here until after 6 last night and I'll be just as late (or later) tonight. This is all well known that it is a busy day. So why have at least 5 people come to me for help or to schedule meetings today. They know better.....leave me work in peace!

Floors are going in now. Power was out for an hour, then back on then off. Poor guys. Poor me.

Hamster's water bottle leaked and flooded her cage. Cleaned that mess up. It's 10:12 am and I need a drink.

For some reason, it was only just today that I realized that the gal in Tig's avitar is the same gal that plays in Fear The Walking Dead. You would THINK I would have figured it out by now that the same chick on "The 100" is the same one as on FTWD. I am such a dip.

Desk is all cleaned out. Good grief am I a pack rat. I had tax returns from 1999. Now we are just cleaning up & waiting for the movers to come get our files. Once our files are gone we unplug the computers & go home. I know I'm being a big baby but I've already cried once today.

I'll go drinking with you guys. Just don't make fun of me if I cry. I'm usually a happy drunk.

I won't make fun of you. Change can be difficult. I've cried at every job I have left, even when leaving was my choice.

What?  She's in FTWD?  I haven't seen it yet, but they film in my city and one of the filmings was RIGHT NEXT DOOR to my work.  Like, 10 feet down the sidewalk.  How did I miss this?!

I hope the rain can help the firefighters in Tennessee - they truly

Well. That was a productive few hours. I forced DS to clean up his room and toss the broken toys. Had to do it drill sergeant style but it's done. Amazing how quickly he got to work when I started just throwing everything away. Perhaps someday, he'll actually understand that I'm not lying when I tell him that I will indeed throw his toys away if he chooses to not pick them up. I don't care if it's showroom neat but I want to be able to walk in his room without tripping over Legos, stuffed animals, cars, balls, and who knows what else. He's proud of his hard work. So am I.

I got his clothes all sorted. Packed up his summer clothes. Bagged up clothes that are either too small for him now or will be too small when summer returns. His winter clothes are sorted according to size. They won't stay that neat because DH tends to be unable to be bothered with looking at the tag when putting away DS' clothes.

Load of laundry #3 is in progress. Got behind on the everything-that's-not-clothes hamper but am diligently working through it. The washer/dryer in our apartment is the stackable type and I can only fit so much in it at one time.

Need to put another load of dishes in the dishwasher but I might save that for DH. My knee is hurting and I'm feeling a bout of Lazyitis coming on.

I have 23 different Christmas materials laid out on my cutting table. Have six sets matched, with several more possible combinations in mind. Mom wants a new "whatever" for Christmas, lol.

Now is when I really wish I had a wedge. I saw a great pattern using a wedge... sigh.

If you are wondering why I have so many different materials, it was 50% of yesterday at Hobby Lobby. ;)

I bumped into DH's car tonight backing out of the driveway. Scatches, no dents. You think he'll notice? He parked terribly, I had no room at all.

Well, if he notices, it did crack the rear right reflector off my car. Luckily, that's only about $30 to replace.
