You would have to have the right tools, kitchen and knowhow. I barely can make burgers and hamberger helper.

Nah. It isn't hard. Just requires stamina I no longer have.

Cookie cutters, muffin pans, and I used empty ketchup and mustard bottles.

If you have the tips, which can be cheap to outrageous, and a zip lock bag, the piping isn't hard.
