Hummph....

Just got a call from our school system, school is letting out at 12:30 because of the threat of severe weather.

That isn't even the regular half day requirement.

Interesting Lily. What does your local news say?

DD has an early dental app't so have to leave soon. Have some work to finish up then hopefully I will have time for some fun the rest of the week.

The National Weather service has been issuing warnings since last week.

Local weather forecast is telling people to get somewhere safe this afternoon and stay put.

The last time we had this kind of thing happen, an F5 tornado took out Ringgold, which is just literally over the hill from us.

Most schools are just closed today.

My question is, do I go get milk, bread, and eggs? Cause that's what you do when it's a snow coming.

Took DD out to breakfast. Local place, good food. Sadly it is next door to a methadone clinic. The people coming and going to the clinic was really sad. People even bringing their little kids with them. In the 45 minutes or so we were eating, at least 60 people must have gone through the clinic.

Not yet classified a tornado, but we had a lot of damage this morning. The sirens blared for about 20 minutes. Lots of hail and straight line winds. It was not fun, so I slept through it. I told g to wake me up if we were about to die, rolled over, and went back to sleep...

I don't know what others know that I'm not seeing, but some businesses are closing due to the threat of severe weather.

We have a tornado watch, but that's it.

Crazy.

Ugh, poor Paul. I was picked for an awful case. Anyway, my Dad- a lawyer would come in and sit. Well, one of the court guys noticed me waving to him then looked at my name. He pulled my father aside and said this case is awful and slimey. Anyway *poof* my name was pulled and I didn't have to go in on the decision. I sat in a room by myself. Thanks Dad!

I have no clue what kind of case he's hearing, Trudy. All he could tell me was that he'd probably have to go back tomorrow, because they think the case will last a day and a half.

That's all I know, for now.

My dad knew and was grossed out. Lets put it this way. Cocaine on Christmas eve. Then this 400lb dirtbag attacks a prostitute after they both snort away. And there I am. The college gal all dressed up, waving to my Dad and his cronies. Everyone still laughs about it. Dad taking me out to lunch everyday. No one stopping him.
